Libraries create a space of safety and unity by providing resources for things such as technology and books. They instill a welcoming environment for everyone who chooses to walk through their doors and take up space. This video highlights the ways in which libraries show up for the community and provide a multitude of services in order to do so.

My video focuses on how the gym has become an important part of many college students daily lives. Through interviews and photos of students working out, my video shows how fitness can improve both physical health and mental well being while helping students manage stress. It highlights the gym as more than just a place to exercise, but also as a source of motivation, discipline, and community.
